In the aftermath of the global financial crisis of 2008, everything seemed uncertain. Like many others, I found myself stuck—professionally, financially, and personally. The career path that once felt secure no longer existed, and with it disappeared a clear sense of direction. I knew I wanted more from life, but I didn’t yet know what that looked like or how to get there.

That period of uncertainty became a turning point.
Searching for answers, I began exploring personal development. What started with a few books soon grew into a deep commitment to learning through articles, training programs, workshops, and mentors. For the first time, I discovered that growth wasn’t about waiting for external conditions to improve, but about developing the mindset, skills, and self-awareness to create change from within.
